We are looking for a Recreation Leader to join our team and help plan, organize, and lead a variety of recreational activities for individuals and groups of all ages. Additionally, you will be expected to evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement. This role requires flexibility, as work hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on the program schedule. A background in recreation, education, or a related field is preferred, along with experience working with diverse populations in a recreational or educational setting.
